—German Post Office. Alongtong, 14th March, 1877.
On examination of the papers sent out by the London Post Office relative to the General Postal Union, I observe that the sea postage between Singapore and Penang by P.&O. Packet has been reduced to 2 annas per 1/2 oz. letter.
I have the honor to suggest that communication be addressed to the Secretary of State for the Colonies.
