NAIROBI, JUNE 0.-The Governor Informed the Legislative Council to- day of Kenya's wor plans.

He said that a General Officer Commanding would be appointed in the event of an outbreak of hostilities. Plans provided for legislation against profiteering, compensation for civilian vietims, and the prevention of fore- closure.
