MORE CHOLERA CASES Total Now Thirty-Six, With Nineteen Deaths
Three cases of Cholei, one each of of Diphtheria and Typhold, seven Measles, two of Dysentery and 38 of Tuberculosis were reported on Tues- day.
The weekly report shows the fol- lowing infectious diseases.-13 cases of Cholera with six deaths (three im- ported), one of Small-pox with three deaths, nine of Diphtheria with four

aths, 42 of Measles with 10 deaths, of Chicken-pox (Imported). eight of Meningitis with one death, 21 of Dysentery with three deaths, two of Puerperal Fever, and 178 of Taber- culosis with 14 deaths.
The total of Cholera cases this year is now 36 with 19 deaths.

Quarantine Restrictions Quarantine restrictions have been imposed by the Governments British North Borneo and of the Straits Settlements against arrivals of from Hongkong on account cholera.
All passengers by air or sea should produce certificates that they have been inoculated against cholera not not more less than six days and than six months prior to the date of Settle- their arrival in the Straits ments.
