RECOMMENDATIONS which, if adopted in full, would result in an initial ex- penditure of $256,400 for new buildings and equip- ment, and a recurring ex- penditure of from $320,000 to $350,000 per annum, are contained in the Report of a Committee on the Develop- ment of the University of Hongkong.

The Report, n voluminous document of fifty pages, was released for publication this morning.
