I have the honour to report - that Inspectors Whitehead (Brothels), Mackie and Cleaver (Nuisances) and Acting Inspector Corcoran are to take the place. It is with regret that I find myself compelled to recommend the appointment of Mor borcoran, as he possesses those qualities that are as essential to his present post as to that of Warden of the Gaol, viz: very great bodily strength and a clear bright mind.
