Chu Kwai Lung declared - I am an
Assistant at the light house, Cape
d'Aguilar. On Sunday the 20th at
about 4.30 p.m. I saw a boat with
5 men in her coming towards the Bay. I then saw another boat with many men in her - The men in her were in uniform wearing red jackets. I saw the gendarme boat fire twice at the other boat. The other boat fired. She was run on to the beach. I saw
the men come out of her and run
away.
