A prisoner is weighed after his Penal Diet is finished. No illness arises out of penal diet: In cold weather it may cause a little inconvenience, such as pains in the stomach. They complain sometimes of losing weight.
Flogging 12 Strokes with a Rattan - a prisoner is medically examined before being whipped and a Certificate is required.
