There is required in portioning experience rations 201. They are not weighed. There are only a few men employed in cooking for the Chinese and 1 Cook for the European prisoners. It may be objectionable to employ these men as servants in the prison on the ground that they communicate with the outside world, although all communication is stopped at the first gate.
