Chan Wong, driver, testified that he hunded $0.30 to plaintiff on October 31, 1930.
MERE QUESTION OF ACCOUNTS Mr. Laseby submitted he had no case to answer. He had come pre pared to answer the allegation that his client had defrauded the partner- ship of money and now he was con- fronted with n more question of ag counts which could have been settled from the books.
