London, Mar. 2. The Spanish National Government has agreed to the appointment of Sir Robert Hodgson na Charye d'Affaires in Burgos, and at the same time has informed the British Government The western quarter of the island that the Duke of Alba was for the to-day celebrating the marriage of the time being, considered as Spanish Emparer of Chinn in great style.
