To correct a round back and protruding shoulder- blades, lie stretched out un your back on the floor for a · quarter of an hour a day, and slip between your body and the ground-under your armpits--a sausage- shaped pillow.
Instead of doing your "daily dozen" lying on the ground, do them hanging from a bar, which your local car- penter can fix up in your bedroom. Excel- back lent for your muscles and you'll be doing your "tummy" muscles some good, too.

AUSTRALIAN MULES Consignment Arrives For Hongkong Corps
Twenty Australian mules, all in splendid condition, arrived aboard the E. and A. steamer. Nankin yes- terday afternoon. They are intend ed for the stables of the Hongkong Mule Corps, members of which were present, ormed with bridles, to take charge of the animals when the sling landed them over the side, Major C. W. Henne, veterinary officer, was also present.
This is the first consignment of Australian mules brought to long- kong for some time.
