I have the honor to forward, for the information of His Excellency The Governor, under the 30th section of the Merchant Shipping Act, the enclosed correspondence which has taken place between Messrs Butterfield & Swire, Agents for the owners of the British steamer "Ichang", Official No. 62475, and myself as Registrar of Shipping.
