Magistrate's Action Criticised In Appeal: Conviction Quashed
THE ACTION of Mr. R. Edwards, Magistrate, in cross-examining a defen- dant at great length was commented upon in the Appeal Court this morning.
Comment was made during the hearing of an appeal New Governor
