This is going a little fast. As Mr Newcombe has now been fairly
since the 20th of November last,

The Works the Commission Recommended were to cost $212,000,
this
is quite independent of the improvements in front of the naval & military property. In this sum $19,000 is put down for Contingencies : I suppose this would include Engineering Superintendence, but I am not clear from her last paragraph the Report of the Commission that the
