Berlin, Feb. 16. The "Kaiser Wilhelm" canal, con- pecting the North Sea with the Baltic, is to be widened in order to cope with the greally increased shipping, and to ollow even the largest vessels to use it, according to an oficial statement by the Reichs Traffic Ministry.
