Perhaps advise would be whether it is worth insisting on the Director General supplying the information which he required before he would give a final report, alleging the commencement of the work accordingly. At any rate, I think Mr Price should be told to explain more fully in what respects "Sir John Coode's suggestions are only partially feasible" & "the extent they are acted on in the event of Her Excellency desiring".
