Sub-section (4) of section 45A of the Offences Against the Person Or- dinance, No. 2 of 1885, as printed in Volume I of the Ordinances of Hong- kong (1037 Edition), provided that it should be no defence to a charge under the section that the minor, whose tranfer was the subject of o prohibited transaction, consented to It or received the whole or any part of its considération.
