Thave not been very closely into this correspondence, but as far as can see this letter is satisfactory, think the correspondence might now be sent to the Governor for his information and guidance, with an expression of Lord Carnarvon's hope that Sir Arthur Kennedy will find no difficulty in meeting Mr Hardy wither in this matter.
