Wales May Have 1946 Empire Games
There is a decided probability that Wales will stage the British Empire Games in 1940,

The Rugby football ground, Arms Park, Cardiff, which has a capacity of 60,000, would be an admirable venue for the Games.
Police Hold First Rugby Practice
The Hongkong Police held their first practice rugger match last Wednesday when about 28 players turned out for the game at the Police Recreation Club, Kowloon.
