He was greeted, among others, by the Governor-General of Algeria, M. Le Beau, and by General Noguts. Resident-General of Morocco, who had arrived by plane to meet the Prime Minister.
After depositing a wreath at the war memorial, M. Daladier reviewed the Algiers garrison.
