Rifle Ranges.
15. There is a rifle range on the grounds proposed for cession which has firing points to about 500 yards but is susceptible of extension by a readjustment of the firing points and targets.
16. It is chiefly used for firing matches, and by the Hongkong Rifle Association and is a Hill Range.
Hill Range. There is no suitable site for a rifle range on any of the War Department lands in other parts of the island of Hong Kong or at Kowloon.
17. The Range now used by the troops is a good one on Colonial Government land at Kowloon, and
