TOKYO, Dec. 28. PRACTICALLY FULL INVOCA- TION of the National General Mobilisation Act will be made early next year following approval by the National Mobilisation Council of six new draft Imperial Ordinances enforcement of relating to the Articles 6, 10, 11 and 13 of the Act.
