GOVERNOR PRESIDES OVER ANNUAL MEETING OF ASSOCIATION Presiding as Chlef Scout for the Colony at the annual meeting of the Hongkong Boys' Scouts Association yesterday, the Governor, Sir Geoffry Northcote, expressed hla appreciation of the action of the Association Council in holding back from any appeal for funds at this special time.
