Judgment with costs was given by Mr. Justice R. E. Lindsell, the Acting Chief Justice, against Chan Man-po at the Supreme Court yesterday, in an action brought by Messrs. Jardine Matheson and Co., Ltd. for possession of No. 191 Wanchai Road, Wanchai.
Mr. Eldon Polter, x.c., Instructed by Mr. II, J. Armstrong, of Deacons, appeared for the plaintiffs. The de
