LONDON, Nov. 28. ACCORDING to Mr. A. J. Cummings, well- known political commentator, writing in the "News-Chronicle" to-day, a new triple alliance is now ready for signature between Germany, Italy and Japan.

The article, which is splashed with huge headlines on the main news page, declares that for some months the three Powers have been carrying on negotiations for the transformation of the anti-Comintern Pact into a close alliance of great military significance.

It is stated that the main provisions of the agreement, the text of which has been "officially endorsed in the three capitals", are:"
