number of German-Americans are charged with caplonage, Mr. Lamar Hardy, prosecuting for the Government, said that the German spies had transmitted to Berlin specifications of two American alreraft-carriers which had been obtained by forging President Roosevelt's signature to a fictitious order to the Navy Department.
