Soviet Attack On Japanese Border Patrol

Harbin, Oct. 14.

It is reported that a Soviet patrol boat operating on the Ussuri River along the eastern Soviet-Manchoukuo the frontier "wantonly fired on Japanese border patrola near Hwang- hulin, 13 kilometres south of Hulin Kirin Province at 4.30 p.m. on Tuesday last.
