TO RUN TOURNEY OF ITS OWN IN COMING SEASON

ELEVEN TEAMS TO TAKE PART IN COMPETITION

The most pleasing feature of local hockey this season is that the Hongkong Hockey Association, with the unanimous approval of all clubs concerned, has decided to run a tournament of its own, as auggested by me in the "Hongkong Telegraph” last season.

The tournament commence! on October 23 and takes the place of the Mamak and United Tournn Inents, It is open to the Services. Sergeant Mettam, R.F., late scern- tary of the United Hockey Clubs, is the new Tournament secretory and posiessen o Committee of four to nssist him.
