Unfortunately story and dialogue are considerably below standard.
Sordid but well acted, Mannequin presents Joan Crawford as a factory girl who tires of one husband and is befriended by Spencer Tracy, whose presence in a film will always draw me.

Last year one of the most modern lidcs in England was opened at RowE. heath. It is 100ft. long and soft, wide. and is set amid trees. At one end there is en open-air cafe, where those who do not swim can watch those who do.
Near the lido is the famous Row. heath Garden Club, open to all workers, their families and children.
Here there is a clock golf-course, croquet grotend and parition;"

When I crossed the lawns of the Garden Club dancing was in progress on the grass.
