With reference to my despatch No. 117 of the 21st December last, regarding an Order in Council of the 29th of November respecting the rate at which the dollar shall be issued in payment of J. M. Land and Naval Force. I have the honour to transmit to you for your information a copy of a letter from the Treasury respecting the revision of that order
