The following Rules will govern the Competition:
1.The Competition is conned ax
clusively to amateur plicto- graphers.
2-No employee or member of any Arm in the photographic trade is permitted to compete.
3.The prizes will be awarded to the tompetitors sending in what are Adjudged to be the best photo- graph in each Section. Each entry must be accompanied by an entry farm which will be published during the period of the Competi tion, and which must be pasted on back of entry.
