The following Rules will govern the Competition:
1-The Competition is confined' ex- clusivaly to amateur photo. grapher.
No employee or member of any firm in the photographic trade is permitted to compete..
3. The prizes will be awarded to the competitors sending in what are adjudged to be the best photo- graph in each Beetton. Each entry must be accompanied by an entry farm which
be published during the period of Use Competi slon, and which must be posted on back of entry.
All photographe entered mus!! have been taken in the Colony of Itongkang. Photographs which. liava been already entered in other Competitions are ineligible. 6-No responsibility will be accepted for men-delivery of, loss of, or damage to entries. All entries to be either black, septa or toned pictures, and must be mounted, Hand-coloured photo- grapha are ineligible.
