The Court in pursuance of an order from Commander the Hon: Edward Stanley Dawson Her Majesty's Ship Dwarf senior Officer at Manila proceeded to try James Brown AB., John Battle AB. and Robert South AB. of the British Barque "Frederick" on the following charge preferred against them by Mr. Patrick Keating master of the said ship.
