Schuschnigg Trial Set For Mid-September

Vienna, Aug, 24. The trial of Dr. Kurt Schuschnige Austria's Inst Chancellor, and other members of the former Aus trian national, provincial and_mual- cipal governments, will, it is omelaily stated, begin in mid-September, after the Nazi Congress at Nuremburg.
The charges will be breaking the Constitution, violating the low and action against the public interest.
Jurists in Vienna do not consider that the question of treason will bo ruised.
