Bailey jury recently which found Mr. Aleck William Bourne, the Wimpole-street obstetric. surgeon, Not Guilty of unlawfully using an instrument on a girl under the age of 15 to prevent her from becoming a mother after she had been assaulted by a trooper of the Royal Horse Guards.
