RULES
The following Rules will govern the 8-Pictures submitted in Competition:
1.The Competition is confined exclusivo
ly to amateur photographers. L-N employee or member of any firm In the photographic trade is permitted to compete.
3-The prizes will be awarded to the competitors sending in what are adjudged to be the best photograph in each Seelian. Each entry must be accompanied by an entry farm which will be published during the period of the Competition, and which must be pasted on back of entry.. 8-All photographs entered must have been taken in the Colony of Hong- kang. Photographs which have been already entered in other Competitions are ineligible.
