HOTEL MAN MURDERED IN MACAO Nephew Shot When Chasing Slayer

Macao, Aug. 11. ↑ A murder that has shocked the the whole city, was committed at Kwong Chau Hotel, at Rua Nova do Comercio, last night, Mr. Chung Kim-heng, proprietor of the hotel being shot and killed by an unknown Chinese, who entered the Kwong Chou Hotel, exchanged a few words with Afr. Ching, fred two shots, und then escaped.

The deceased's nephew. Mr. Peng Cheong, who was behind the counter, rushed out and, blowing a whistle, Have chase. At Rua do Pagode, not far away, the nephew succeeded in catching the alleged murderer, but the man managed to break away, shot Mr. Peng Cheong in the abdo- men, and vanished,
