Japanese Sentries Blamed
Shanghai, July 20.
A twenty-eight-year-old Shanghai- born British Municipal Police Omeer, named W. W. L. Hamlyn, has Ated a protest with the British Consul ns a result of an incident on the Car- den Road Bridge, in which he was atruck twice by Japanese guards.
