Scrub the potatoes and bake them in their skin. When cooked, cut in halves and scrape the potato carefully into a small stewpan, kreplog the skins whole.
Add the cheese, margarine. yolk of

These are light and delicious. Allow one potato to each person.
Boil the potatoes in their skins, peet and mash them. Separate the yolk
from the white of an egg, bont the yolk and add to the mashed potato, tix. ing well and seasoning with pepper and salt.
Flour your bands, form the potato into balls, and dip in the beaten white of the egg and then into breadcrumbs. Fry in deep, hot fat and drain on paper. Serve very hot. Nourishing Soup
This is best made after you have had a small Joint of veal, as veal stock makes the best foundation for the soup. But any white stock will do.
