A giant fountain at the Glasgow Exhibition, illuminated from underneath by 284 C.E.C. flood- lights in colours which are kept constantly changing so that it takes an hour before any, one effect is repeated.
Looking towids the Palace of Arts, with the two Scottish Pavilions on either sido--an imposing spacio with the affect of G.E.C. floodlighting and novel lighting standards.
