I should here record what I have already, in conjunction with the Government Medical Staff of this Colony, stated to His Excellency the Governor, to the effect that both Hospitals when completed will be found to be in accordance with modern principles of Hospital construction at Home as regards ventilation, sanitary appliances, accommodation, and general arrangement.
