EXPLANATORY REMARKS.

Additional lands were sold in 1876.

The rent of the Slaughter House has been increased.

It has been deemed advisable to reduce this item, as there has been a falling off in the renewal of Licences.

The fees were reduced in July 1875.

The new License is at this increased rate, for 3 years.
