JUBILEE IN AUSTRALIA,—-In New South Wales the 150th anniversary for the landing of Admiral Arthur Phillip and the first foundation of Australia which now has a population of about seven millions has been celebrated by many festivities. The picture shows the re-enactment of the landing of Captain Phillip in Sydney.
