MILLINERS have done the low-down on
hats-some of them are as
flat as pancakes. Low crowns and wide brims are replacing the high-crowned models of the last few months. And brims are often rolled and sometimes a couple of inches deep, as in the Suzy model, num- bered 1, pictured above.
