Forrest at the Central Magistracy this morning, when he appeared on remand, charged with the possession of prepared oplum at No. 10 Shung Sau Lono West, first floor, keeping the floor as an oplum divan, and pos- session of 70 heroin pills. Detective- Sergeant J. Allen prosecuted.
