RESCUE-Coast Guardsmen carry survivors of the Greek freighter Tzeeny Chandris, that sank in a storm off Cape Hatteras, ashore at Norfolk, Va., from the cutter Mendota: From parched and swollen throats the 15 survivors told of olinging to wreckago for 30 hours in a raging sen while they fought sharks that devoured bodies of other saliors already drowned and of livestock washed from the foundering ship. Seven of the crow were lost.
