I concur with the sentiments expressed in the resolution; adding that the Government will have learnt that the impunity of criminality shocks humanity.

The exemption of Extradition will prevent similar cases in future.

It appears to be the only one that calls for remark when I come to acknowledge the papers.

Apparently, the isolation of Hongkong may facilitate the escape of criminality, of crimes which shock humanity.
