The necessity of preparedness against alr nitack was emphasised by His Excellency the Governor, Sir Geoffry Northcote, and Colonel N. M. S. Irwin, G.S.O.J., and ofcer in charge of the co-ordination of the Colony's defences, in broadenst talks over ZB.W, lost evening.
