M. Alwood (or Atwood) has been committed by the Master, Thomas

Peabody, the Chief mate, John R.

Inaw, and the second mate,

Charles Stafford, of said vessel. And I have to respectfully request that the said Thomas Peabody, John R. Inaw and

Charles Stafford, may be arrested and held with

such proceedings
