AIR RAID PRECAUTIONS.
Particular attention is invited to the following revised, arrange- ments for the conclusion of this
course.
Lecture No. 8, which was to be given on Monday, the 7th of February, 1938, is cancelled.
On that dato the Medical Oficer's house at the old Govern- munt Civil Hospital, which has been equipped as a model gas- proof and splinter-proof house, will be open to inspection by the public. A ropresentative of the Royal Engineers will be in atten- dance at the house from 5.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.

The concluding lecture of the course will be given by Colonel N. M. S. Irwin, D.S.O., M.C., G.S.0.1, China Command, Monday, the 14th of February, 1938, at 6.30 pm, in the China Fleet Club Theatre. Tho subject of the lecture will be air raid pre- cautions in general.
All lecturers who have taken part in this course will be in attendance on this occasion for the purpose of answering ques- tions arising out of the provious lectures. Questions should be sont in writing to the Extra Assistant Colonial Secretary not Colonial Secretary's Office later than Thursday, the 10th of February, 1938, but every en- deavour will be made to deal with quoations received after that date or sent up to the platform during the lecture.
